Google Personalized Homepage Linked in Onebox

Kevin spotted a new* link reading “Add to my Google homepage +” when searching for weather [zip code], e.g. weather 10001, which returns the weather forecast onebox. This seems to be reproducable whether you’re logged in with your Google Account or not. The Google cross-integration of services continues, and will make it harder for competitors in the web apps space because Google can push their services via their (not always completely neutral**) search results.

[Thanks Kevin in the forum!]

*At least I think it’s new...

**It this onebox would be neutral, then you’d find links to add weather widgets to Pageflakes, Netvibes and related services as well.
