Google Korea With Age Check

Google Korea now includes an age check for certain queries, as a search for sexual harassment shows (Google requires you to be 19 years old, apparently to comply with with local laws). Also, Google Korea is now spicing up search results by offering information from news sites or blogs in the right hand sidebar. Already, the Korean Google homepage looks quite a bit different from other localized versions. Ionut Alex. Chitu comments, “Google hopes to increase its presence in a country where the local search engine Naver* is much more popular,” adding that “South Korea is the most wired nation in the world.”
