Create Goo.gl Short URLs With a Chrome Extension

If you don’t want to install the google Toolbar to create short URLs using Google’s new goo.gl service, there’s also a Chrome extension. After installing, click the top right icon and you’ll be presented with a shortcut URL to the page you’re currently on, like http://goo.gl/CGdV (best use short URLs only in contexts where they’re really needed, though, as they break some functionality of the web elsewhere... like visited vs unvisited colors, stability, predictability of the target site by looking at the URL and more).

Please comment in the existing thread.
