Google To Present At TechCrunch40Colin Colehour | Friday, September 14, 2007 16 years ago • 7,812 views |
<< Google will present something at TechCrunch40 next week. Like the AOL and Yahoo product launches, it will not be eligible for the $50,000 top prize awarded to the best new startup product. But they will present it in front of the main crowd, and audience comments and questions will be part of the show. >>

It's gotta be Google Presentations. That's well overdue. |
David Hetfield | 16 years ago # |
Yeah. Either this or Google Drive. (But i doubt it'll happen) |

The Inquirer says "Google is presently touring publishing houses to show Presently" (http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=42352) |

Is this wording intentional?
Monday, September 17th, 2007 ... 10:30 – 10:40am FOR SHOW: Yahoo product launch ... 3:35 – 3:45pm FOR SHOW: AOL product launch
Tuesday, September 18th, 2007 ... 10:20 – 10:30am FOR SHOW: Google presentation

I've noticied that too, maybe it's a trap, a honey pot... |

What I'd like to see is Google *using* Presently to launch one of these products:

>> What I'd like to see is Google *using* Presently...
That's exactly what Eric did a while ago when he announced they'd be announcing it, isn't it? |
Martin Porcheron | 16 years ago # |
If I remember correctly, he did. He did the "What are we announcing today..." thing. |
Tony Ruscoe | 16 years ago # |
Ah yes, here's the YouTube video:

Listening to that video again... Presently is "going to be a feature in Docs & Spreadsheets". So, it looks like it's going to be integrated from the start. That's good news. |

Also to note, Marissa Mayer is an expert on the conference panel. |
Tony Ruscoe | 16 years ago # |
So... since Google Presentations has already been announced, maybe they'll launch Google Wiki (JotSpot) by doing a presentation using Google Docs...? |
TOMHTML | 16 years ago # |
it's just the time to start to digg into Google services and source codes... ;) |
Ionut Alex. Chitu | 16 years ago # |
I don't think JotSpot needs a presentation. |
Tony Ruscoe | 16 years ago # |
Well, they only have 10 minutes to fill... |
Philipp Lenssen | 16 years ago # |
So if the scheduled time was used then Google just ended their presentation... does anyone know what they presented? |
