In terms of Atlanta, GA there is one data center and it is located SW of the city. The second Google location in the Atlanta metro is their sales office. |

Many of them haven't been purchased by Google, but by other people. Google is a trademark, so Mountain View's firm have get back several domains, after complaints. |
Yeah, Pingdom pretty much say that in the post. Although many other sites are misleading linking to them saying they've got a list of domains that Google actually owns. |
