This was really well done. The only detail that could perhaps be better is the blinking of the eyes. But the effect is very convincing!

This is quite awesome! Only thing missing is that you would add a text and it would text-to-speech the text with lip sync :) Still I seriously wonder for what kind of thing they are planning on using it, guess it would be kinda interesting if youtube/any other video service would buy this.

I've tried a bunch of different pictures, and I keep getting some message (that I of course can not read) or there is one picture that just processes indefinitely... guess I just don't look human.
