In our testing, we learned that people really liked the idea of marking a website for future reference, but they didn't like changing the order of Google's organic search results. With stars, we've created a lightweight and flexible way for people to mark and rediscover web content. Time after time I do use the blogoscoped search engine, yet fail to find any previous threads :/ (e.g. this time I searched for "google stars", seemed to be quite a sensible query and the google article was also barely twittered), either way, sorry for posting a duplicate. |
