is there on purpose, ad=car, most probably sponsored=paid for by some paint manufacturer; it's far too regular and nicely done to have been the work of random yobs or evern ideologically motivated vandals.

It has been done BY GOOGLERS few weeks ago at CeBIT in Germany.
