Congratulations, I'm through the first 2 or 3 chapters and am finding it more enjoyable than I expected. I'll try to get it finish soon and post a full review..

Yes, i can see some people bought it in bulk, this is probably due to the Global Distribution Options I bought at Lulu.com. This means the book is going to be listed in some kind of catalog from which publishers can order copies. The book sold over 50 copies by now. I wonder how high it will get :)
