That's true. Google announced this on its Poland Blog yesterday – http://googlepolska.blogspot.com/2007/04/otwieramy-centrum-innowacji-we-wrocawiu.html

"Today we officially confirms – we are going to open new center of innovation in Wroclaw within few months. Within 2 years we plan to hire more than 200 workers there.

We are particularly proud of opening center in Wroclaw, because it will serve users in different languages and from different countries, and thanks to co-operation with research center in Krakow it will be involved in testing Google's new innovative solutions.

We begins recruitment process for Wroclaw center today. Most of all we want people who speaks foreign languages. You can find information about openings and the method of application under http://www.google.pl/jobs."

I read it will open in May, and there will be 50 to 100 employees.
