Youtube are showing new interface with MENU button and MacOSX dock style related video bar

This work in all embedded videos. Also on previously embedded videos. But directly in YouTube they are showing old interface

I still see the old one in the embedded videos from Google search.

Yes, but the videos that are displayed in Google search results for YouTube/Google Video are still embedded videos. And they have the old look. That means they checking the referral before showing the player.

The old look is always available in Google Reader.
