When I want to check if Google.com was working (as stefan had problems) I noticed Youtube is advertised on Google Ireland (and presumeably other local Google sites)

The one I am seeing is "Ask your question on YouTube for the presidential primary debate." linking to http://www.youtube.com/debates

.co.uk has the same message but with UK instead of Ireland. I'm guessing all the countries which now have YouTube and didn't before are linking to it.

I personally don't like the localised versions of YouTube though, they are the old version of YouTube.com (which recently was updated).

I get neither ad here in Germany, on Google.com/ Google.de...
