I'm pretty sure that's Japanese, not Chinese, on the "Chinese" book... |
What? No affiliate links to Amazon. There's at least 2 best sellers in that list.
:) |
Seriously I am buying at least one of these books right now. |
I bet anything that Star Wars book *would* sell. |
<<I'm pretty sure that's Japanese, not Chinese, on the "Chinese" book...>> That IS Chinese, I tell ya. :) (though it could also be Japanese, since some are interchangeable)
Too late for the HTML 2.0 2007 edition. I would probably buy Space Race, the Cockroach Factor, and the CIA one – their covers are interesting. :) |
Yeah, I always judge a book by it's cover!
Emily I agree... anything star wars sells...
|
I'd probably buy one of these out of morbid curiosity. :) |
What's wrong with "Space Race"? It wouldn't be a best-seller, but a book about trying – and failing – to be an astronaut, wouldn't necessarily be bad.
Stranger business books have been published than "The CockRoach Factor", and "24/7" sounds real!
Of course the Star Wars book would sell!

HTML2 LOL Good article Philipp, I love it =) |
"earn more by working more" sounds like a french president's campaign... |
Chinese have two version. One for Hong Kong and Taiwan, another for Mainland and Singapore.
Mainland version only have 581 basic ICONs, just like icon of the websites and software.
For example, Save ICON in chinese is 存. New ICON in chinese is 新. Back ICON in Chinese is 退. Forward ICON in Chinese is 进.
Mainland Chinese is easy to learn. But Mainland Chinese lost its sprite. Classical chinese can creat new ICONS for new meaning. Classical chinese hard to learn, but with high efficiency. If we use Classical chinese for work, can save 50% to 80% time. Special for industries.
If translant the title of this post to Classical Chineses, should be 卖九书或不能, or in meaning, 九书难鬻. In Mainland Chineses, should be 可能卖不出去的九本书。 |
