What will happen to hello.com ?

Interestingly enough, hello.com doesn't respond anymore.
Google isn't stupid enough to let such a valuable url expire.

On my side, I now bet that a relaunch of GrandCentral as hello.com is close. Let's say on the 1st of April for instance, at the time Gmail leaves Beta.

Any other suggestions, speculations ?

Well, its such a waste of url when you visit hello.com and see a hello-goodbye statement. I think its time for Google to give their domain to other services.

Interestingly enough, when you type hello to Chrome's omnibar, you'll see Motorola as their suggested url... Maybe because of their "Hello Moto" motto?! Or they'll be the next hello.com?

hello.com is a valuable domain name, but is it worth anything for Google?

How do you think Google could use it best?

Another waste of domains are lively.com and dodgeball and joga.

so how could Google should make use of that.. I know.. put advertisements relating to their products... haha

Maybe replace iGoogle with Hello... Who knows... (i mean, just the domain)

But you guys right, this domain is really precious. Google should re-use it, and if you ask me, on another service perhaps..
Precious things are useless when you don't use them..
