http://www.greenborder.com/images/nav_GB_logo.gif Google on May 11 acquired an online security company called the GreenBorder Technologies.
<<GreenBorder, the industry’s first Desktop DMZ software for Windows, keeps Internet invaders out and enterprise data in. It allows users to safely connect anywhere, go to any website, open any Internet email or attachment, and use any downloaded files without worry. GreenBorder’s unique, signature-less approach never needs updating and provides continuous protection against corruption, theft and invasion of business data systems.>>

Google, so worried about their data? ;-) |
Or maybe something for the long awaited GDrive? |
This would be a great application to put in the Google Pack download. This would help every type of computer user, especially ones running Internet Explorer. I always wondered why they didn't have browsers as a sandbox type application. |
I think they might integrate it with Google Desktop |
... or another step towards a Google Desktop OS??? |
It sounds like Google wanted their employees more than their application. |
Or Just a safe browsing bundle for online safety
Firefox + safe browsing extn + greenborder desktop DMZ
|
Here is a review of greenborder, but I'm surprised that the this page is no longer available on Google index! I bet this going to be integrated for free with Google toolbar

If any troubles, use Ghost. Testing some soft everyday. But, only backup 0.1% in the ghost.
Gussing Google want the employees more. DMZ can be used at web OS. Gussing Google OS can at two versions. One for computer with OS(Mac, Linux, Win ect.), and One for computer with no OS.
I need Compute with Google OS in the ROM mainly, can start within 1s and lasting for 72 hours. |
